Four Parishes Arts Society - November 2006

At our October meeting in Monxton, Wendy Ellicock provided us with a very interesting and informative talk entitled 'Gardening Through The Year' illustrated by colour slides of her beautiful garden in Longparish, which showed its development over twenty years of hard work. Wendy is a methodical gardener and keeps a yearly diary of jobs to do and jobs done ­- an idea some of us thought well worth adopting.

Our next meeting, again at Monxton Village Hall, is on 14 November at 8.00 p.m. when Geoff Townsend will be speaking of his experiences in a talk entitled 'Geologist to Visual Artist'.

Our December event will be the Christmas Skittles Evening on Tuesday 19th at The White Hart, Stoke, so do come prepared to sign up for that next month. It's always great fun.
